This page has become the doorway page for all our websites, most of them have something to
do with re-enactment.
A Medieval Wardrobe
This website has information about a whole range of medieval clothing, for men and women, made by two re-enactors.
Among the costumes are: viking clothing, anglo-saxon costume, the bliaut, 13th century costumes, herjolfnes gowns,
gothic fitted gown aka cotehardie and a houppelande. We try to document our clothing and give instructions on
construction and sometimes even patterns.
A Medieval Workshop
There is more to medieval live than just clothes, here you can see al the wonderful furniture, shoes,
pattens, tableware and accessories the lord of this household has made.
A Victorian Wardrobe
A separate web site for our Victorian costumes. After making of Viking and Medieval costumes
I thought it was time for a challenge, and what a challenge it was !

The Dutch Viking Living History group we set up as a family, here you can find information about
viking crafts, the viking age in general and our viking persona.

De Zwarte Zwaan
A Dutch Living History group we set up with a another re-enactment couple. It started out as
a Medieval group but now it covers the Middle ages, Renaissance, Regency, and Victorian era's.
It has really nice pictures of us doing demo's but the text is Dutch.

natural dyes,leather pouches, nalebound socks etc. At this moment only available in Dutch, but feel
